EEE Ranch Return & Refund Policy (30 Days)

At EEE Ranch, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the conditions below.

30-Day Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
🚫 Return requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all original tags attached

  • In original packaging (if applicable)

🚫 Items are NOT eligible for return if they are:

  • Worn

  • Washed

  • Stained

  • Smell like smoke, cologne, perfume, deodorant, etc.

  • Damaged due to customer handling

  • Missing tags / tags removed

EEE Ranch reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at hello@eeeranch.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • The reason for return

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Return Shipping

  • If your return is approved, EEE Ranch will provide a return shipping label.

  • The customer is responsible for properly packaging the item and sending it back using the provided label.

  • Returns must be shipped back within the timeframe provided in the return instructions.

Refunds / Replacements

Once we receive your return and inspect the item:

  • If approved, we will issue either:

    • A refund to your original payment method, or

    • A replacement size (if requested and available)

Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to process once approved.

Non-Refundable Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@eeeranch.com with photos and your order number, and we will make it right.

Final Sale Items

All items marked Final Sale, discounted clearance items, or promotional items are not eligible for return or refund.
